Uji model meliputi uji kuantitatif sampel responden sebanyak 100 pelanggan rumah makan Padang. Teknik pengambilan sampel dilakukan secara purposive sampling selama 2 bulan kegiatan lapangan. Uji kuantitatif dilakukan dalam penelitian meliputi uji kesahihan dan keandalan butir kuesioner serta uji kuantitatif konfirmasi model Servqual. Hasil penelitian memaparkan bahwa semua dimensi dalam uji Servqual meliputi bukti fisik, daya tanggap, reliabilitas, jaminan dan empati kesemuanya masih memiliki nilai kesenjangan negatif dengan nilai rerata - 57.27 poin. Hasil ini diartikan kelima dimensi belum memuaskan pelanggan. Dimensi bukti fisik dari uji kuantitatif memiliki nilai kesenjangan terbesar senilai – 75.50 poin. Pihak RM Padang Andalas harus memberikan prioritas perbaikan untuk memperbaiki mutu layanan pada dimensi nilai negatif terbesar diikuti perbaikan pada urutan negatif berikutnya untuk meningkatkan kepuasan konsumen. Kesemuanya bermuara pada meningkatnya daya saing manajemen pengelolaan ausaha bisnis mikro jasa restoran khas daerah di wilayah Klaten. This research used a sample of 214 respondents from a questionnaire distributed online. The sampling method uses non-probability sampling with a purposive sampling approach. Hypothesis testing was carried out using SEM (Structural Equation Modeling) analysis. The research findings show four supported hypotheses and one unsupported hypothesis, the perceived usefulness variable directly influences the intention to use. Technology readiness, health self-efficacy, self health awareness directly influence the variable perceived usefulness as a mediating variable. The population in this study as all employees of PDAM Tirta Merapi Kabupaten Klaten amount to 155 people. The multiple regression results show Y = 7.001 + 0.342 X1 + 0.689 X2 + 0.246 X3 + 0.338 X4 with significance p values 0.019, 0.01 0.02 dan 0.001. Regression coefficients of independent variables which are positive means that independent variables has a direct effect on employee job satisfaction and vice versa. This research is a quantitative research with survey design. The population in this study is 623 customers of the Putra Lawu store taken from sales data during June – November 2023, while the sample is 86 customers taken using purposive sampling techniques. Data were collected using questionnaires, then analyzed using t-Test, F Test and Coefficient of Determination Test. The results showed that service quality, product availability, and store image on purchasing decisions at motorcycle spare parts stores both partially and simultaneously. This means that when service quality, product availability, and store image are well managed, it positively influences consumer purchasing decisions at the Putra Lawu motorcycle spare parts store. In other words, the combination of these three factors has a strong influence in persuading consumers to choose and make purchases at the store. This was created to see and measure the existence of organizational obstacles which are characterized by problematic work patterns, including employees who ignore time discipline, decreased productivity, and conflicts between employees or with superiors which have an impact on work delays. Measuring the quality of relationships between employees which can influence comfort and well-being at work.</em></p><p><em>This research aims to determine the effect of organizational communication on the performance of Karanganyar Regency Public Works and Public Housing Department employees. This research is quantitative research, the data collection technique uses a closed questionnaire, with 37 employees responding with statements. Data analysis uses simple linear analysis where the data source is processed using the SPSS statistical application.</em></p><p><em>The research results show that there is a significant influence of organizational communication on employee performance, therefore the hypothesis can be proven. The R Square value is 59.2%. This value shows that organizational communication plays a role of 59.2% in employee performance in the work environment of the Karanganyar Regency Public Works and Public Housing Service. Abdul Rahman Saleh No. 51, Kestalan, Banjarsari, Surakarta City, Central Java 57133. This research is a quantitative case study. Primary data was obtained from direct research by distributing questionnaires which were measured using the Linkert scale. The sampling method in this research used nonprobability sampling. The research population was 102 respondents taken from the entire sample. The data analysis method used in this research is multiple linear regression. Hypothesis testing uses the t test and F test. The results of the research show that together the variables of organizational culture and work commitment have a significant effect on employee performance. The population in this study were consumers of peanut products who had made purchases at the food essence factory in Ngadirojo sub-district, where the exact number is not yet known. Sampling in this research used non-probability sampling with a sample of 100 respondents. The analytical method used is multiple linear regression analysis, t test, f test and coefficient of determination. The results of this research show that in particular, perceptions of product quality, price, and service quality have a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions. The coefficient of determination shows that 74.5% of the variables of price perception, brand image and product quality influence purchasing decisions. The subjects of the research were the employees of this service, with a total population of 149 individuals and a sample size of 75. Data was gathered from both primary and secondary sources through methods including surveys, questionnaires, documentation, and literature reviews. The findings indicate that: (1) the work environment positively and significantly affects work productivity; (2) the organizational climate also has a positive and significant impact on work productivity; and (3) motivation contributes positively and significantly to work productivity. Overall, work productivity is significantly influenced by the work environment, organizational climate, and motivation, with organizational climate exerting a greater influence than the other two factors. Together, these three elements account for 97.00% of the variance in work productivity, while the remaining 3.00% is attributed to external factors such as enthusiasm, ability, and discipline.</em><em> </em><em></em></p> Djoko Sutanto Diana Sukorina Arifin Awalun Ramadani 2024-12-31 2024-12-31 6 2 211 224 10.52429/smj.v6i2.1429 ANALISIS DISIPLIN KERJA PEGAWAI DI POLTEKKES KEMENKES SURAKARTA https://ejournal.unsa.ac.id/index.php/smj/article/view/1347 The purpose of the study was to find out the description of employee discipline in the Poltekkes Kemenkes Surakarta and what the obstacles were to employee discipline in the Poltekkes Kemenkes Surakarta. The research method uses a qualitative approach with descriptive research types. Data is collected by data sources for informants. Using interview data collection techniques and documentation. Data analysis used descriptive analysis, namely a description in the form of a description, to explain the answers given by respondents. The data obtained through interviews and literature was used as supporting data to strengthen and deepen the results obtained. The results showed that the work discipline of employees at Poltekkes Kemenkes Surakarta had gone well. The obstacle to employee work discipline at the Surakarta Ministry of Health Polytechnic is at the attendance level because employee attendance uses a finger print system that cannot be engineered and the machines that regulate it. Efforts to overcome obstacles to employee work discipline at the Ministry of Health's Surakarta Health Polytechnic are starting from collecting monthly attendance report data, providing verbal and written sanctions, withholding meal allowances and other punishments. To ensure employee attendance data is recorded quickly, in detail and accurately, what is needed is an attendance machine called a finger print.
