PENGARUH REKRUTMEN, PENEMPATAN KARYAWAN, DAN PEMBERIAN KOMPENSASI TERHADAP KINERJA KARYAWAN PT. POS INDONESIA CABANG KARANGANYAR

Abstract


This study aims to determine the effect of recruitment, employee placement, and compensation on employee performance at PT. Pos Indonesia Karanganyar Branch either partially or simultaneously. The research method used is analysis with a quantitative approach. The data in this study are primary data obtained from questionnaires distributed to respondents. The data processing method is carried out with a saturated sampling approach, namely the sampling method in which the total population is used as a research sample involving 39 employees. Data analysis carried out was validity test, reliability test, multiple linear regression test, f test, t test, and coefficient of determination using SPSS version 22. The results showed that partially recruitment variable (X1) and employee placement variable (X2) had an effect significant to the employee performance variable (Y). Partially, compensation (X3) has no significant effect on employee performance variable (Y). Simultaneously variable recruitment (X1), employee placement (X2) and compensation (X3) have a positive and significant effect on employee performance variable (Y) at PT. Pos Indonesia Karanganyar Branch.
