PENGARUH BUDAYA ORGANISASI DAN MOTIVASI KERJA TERHADAP KINERJA KARYAWAN PT. INTAN SEJATI KLATEN

Abstract


The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of organizational culture and work motivation on
employee performance. This research was conducted at PT. The True Diamond of Klaten. The population
of this study were employees at PT. The True Diamond of Klaten. The sample used in this study amounted
to 100 people. The data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression analysis technique. Based
on the results of the study, it can be concluded that organizational culture has a significant effect on
employee performance, work motivation partially has a significant effect on employee performance, and
organizational culture and work motivation simultaneously or together have a significant influence on
employee performance.
