Abstract


This study aims to determine the effect of compensation, work environment and K3 on employee performance, both partially and simultaneously. This research is a quantitative research.
This study aims to determine the effect of compensation, work environment and K3 on employee performance, both partially and simultaneously. This research is a quantitative research. The sampling technique used is Total Sampling, meaning a sampling technique where the number of samples is equal to the population. The populsi of this study is all employees of the production department of PT Perkebunan Nusantara XII Kebun Tretes Ngawi as samples. The analytical techniques used are classical assumption tests, multiple linear regression tests, f tests, t tests, coefficient of determination (R2) tests. The results showed that partially the variables of compensation, work environment, occupational safety and health had a positive and significant effect on employee performance. These three variables simultaneously have a positive and significant effect on employee performance. The effect of compensation variables, work environment and occupational safety and health was 63.9%.
