PENGARUH KEPEMIMPINAN, MOTIVASI, DAN ETOS KERJA TERHADAP KINERJA KARYAWAN DI PT. PILAR KEKAR PLASINDO SURAKARTA

Abstract


This study aims to determine the influence of leadership, motivation, and work ethic on employee
performance at PT Pilar Kekar Plasindo Surakarta. PT Pilar Kekar Plasindo is a manufacturing
company involved in the processing of raw plastic material into various types of plastic bags. This
research utilizes a quantitative method where data is collected through questionnaires given to 65
employees of PT Pilar Kekar Plasindo from various divisions and levels. The questionnaire
measures the level of leadership, motivation, and work ethic within the company through the
responses of each respondent, as well as assesses employee performance based on predetermined
indicators. The collected data is analyzed using descriptive statistics and regression analysis
techniques to test the relations between leadership, motivation, work ethic, and employee
performance. The research findings indicate that leadership, motivation, and work ethic
significantly influence the employee performance at PT Pilar Kekar Plasindo. Specifically, good
leadership, high levels of motivation, and work ethic can be associated with better employee
performance. These findings identify the importance of enhancing leadership, motivation, and
work ethic aspects for the employees of PT Pilar Kekar Plasindo in order to significantly improve
their services quality and performance.
