Abstract


This study aims to determine the effect of compensation, job satisfaction and job stress on the performance of employees of PT. Adi Kencana Mahkota Buana Karanganyar either partially or simultaneously. The hypothesis in this study is that compensation, job satisfaction and job stress affect the performance of employees at PT. Adi Kencana Mahkota Buana Karanganyar either partially or simultaneously. This research is a survey research with a quantitative research type. The data used in this study uses primary data from the results of the respondents' questionnaire answers. The study population was all employees at PT Adi Kencana Mahkota Buana Karanganyar is 1520 employee with a sample taken using a proportional sampling technique so that the total sample in this study was 76 respondents. The analysis technique used is multiple linear regression test, t test, F test, and test the coefficient of determination. The results of the study draw the conclusion that compensation, job satisfaction and job stress affect the performance of employees at PT. Adi Kencana Mahkota Buana Karanganyar both partially and simultaneously both partially and simultaneously.
