PENGARUH KUALITAS PELAYANAN DAN LOKASI TERHADAP KEPUASAN KONSUMEN PADA RUMAH MAKAN ANANG STEAK DI MOJOLABAN

Abstract


This study aims to determine (1) the effect of service quality on customer satisfaction with the Anang Steak restaurant in Mojolaban, (2) The effect of location on costumer satisfaction at Anang steak restaurant in Mojolaban, (3) The effect of service quality and location on customer satisfaction at the Anang steak restaurant in Mojolaban, either partially or simultaneously.The type of research used by the authors to achieve these objective is a quantitative methode with data collection techniques in the form of interviews and questionnaires. The population of this research is all customers at the Anang Steak restaurant in Mojolaban. The sample used in this study was 100 people. The data analysis technique used was multiple linier regression analysis. Based on the results of the study it can be conclude that service quality partially has a significant effect on customer satisfaction at Anang Steak restaurant in Mojolaban, location partially has significant effect on customer satisfactionat Anang steak in Mojolaban, and service quality and location simultaneously have an effect on significant to customer satisfaction at the Anang Steak restaurant in Mojolaban. Based on the F test table, it can be seen that the probability value in the sig. is 0,000; where the value is less than 0,05. So it can be conclude that Ho is rejected and Ha is accepted, which means that there is a significant influence simultaneously (together) between service quality variables anda location variables on customer satisfaction variables at the Anang steak restaurant in Mojolaban. Thus the quality of service and location together have a significant influence on customer satisfaction.
