PENGARUH KERJASAMA TIM, MOTIVASI KERJA DAN DISIPLIN KERJA TERHADAP PRESTASI KERJA KARYAWAN DI PT. BPR BANK DAERAH KARANGANYAR

Abstract


This research aims to analyze and determine the influence of teamwork, work motivation, work discipline, on employee work performance at PT. BPR Karanganyar Regional Bank. This research uses quantitative research methods. The sample in this research was taken using the probability sampling method, while the total sample was 65 respondents. Data collection was obtained through questionnaires. The data analysis method used in this research is multiple linear regression analysis and hypothesis testing. The results show that based on the results of hypothesis testing by calculating the data results, teamwork (X1) shows a value that states that for each additional perception of employee work performance (Y) is 0.0402. The teamwork variable shows a β coefficient of 0.0402 at a significance level of 0.003. The work discipline variable shows a β coefficient of 0.109 at a significance level of 0.004. The results of this research show that the variables of teamwork and work discipline show significant and positive results on employee performance (Y). And the work motivation coefficient value is -0.189, meaning that if the work motivation variable is not good it will reduce employee performance (Y) by -0.189. This explains that the work motivation variable does not have a significant effect on employee performance
