PENGARUH PELATIHAN, MOTIVASI DAN SISTEM KOMPENSASI KERJA TERHADAP KINERJA KARYAWAN PADA PT. MAYOKA INDONESIA DI KABUPATEN BEKASI

Abstract


This study aims to determine the effect of training, motivation and work compensation system on employee performance at PT. Mayoka Indonesia in Bekasi Regency, both partially and simultaneously. This study is a quantitative study. The sampling technique used is a questionnaire by taking respondent data from employees of PT. Mayoka Indonesia. The population of this study was all employees at PT. Mayoka Indonesia, totaling 211 employees. The analysis techniques used are classical assumption test, multiple linear regression analysis, t-test, f-test, and coefficient of determination test (R2). The results of this study indicate that Partially the Training variable has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. The Motivation variable has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. The Work Compensation System variable has a positive and significant effect on employee performance.
