PENGARUH PENGEMBANGAN KARIR DAN KOMPENSASI TERHADAP KINERJA KARYAWAN PT. BINTANG ASAHI TEXTILE INDUSTRI
Abstract
This study aims to determine the effect of career development and compensation on the performance of employees of PT. Bintang Asahi Textile Industri (BATI) either partially or simultaneously. This research consists of one dependent variable and two independent variables. The independent variables in this study are Career Development and Compensation. The dependent variable in this study is Employee Performance. The research is a quantitative case study. This sampling technique used random sampling technique. The number of samples used in this study was 97 employees. Data analysis used in this research is multiple linear regression test, F test, t test, coefficient of determination and classical assumption test. The results of this study indicate that partially career development has no significant effect, while the compensation variable has a significant effect on employee performance, both variables have a significant simultaneous effect on employee performance at PT. Bintang Asahi Textile Industry (BATI). The influence of career development and compensation variables is 15.4%.
