KOMPETENSI, DISIPLIN DAN LINGKUNGAN KERJA TERHADAP MOTIVASI KERJA KARYAWAN PT. SUNWOO GARMENT INDONESIA

Abstract


This study aims to prove the simultaneous and partial influence of competence, discipline and work environment on employee work motivation at PT. Sunwoo Indonesian Garment. This research is quantitative descriptive. The population is all employees at PT. Sunwoo Garment Indonesia has 982 employees. The number of samples used by the Arikunto formula and the results amounted to 100 respondents, sampling with random sampling techniques. the data analysis technique used in this study uses multiple linear regression analysis. The results of the study stated that the F test of competence, discipline and work environment simultaneously and significantly affected the work motivation of employees at PT. Sunwoo Garment Indonesia. T test results show that competence has a positive and significant effect on employee motivation at PT. Sunwoo Garment Indonesia, discipline has a positive and significant effect on employee motivation at PT. Sunwoo Garment Indonesia, the work environment has a positive and significant effect on employee motivation at PT. Sunwoo Indonesian Garment. The coefficient of determination shows the variables of competence, discipline and work environment of employees have an influence of 54.6% on the work motivation of employees at PT. Sunwoo Garment Indonesia. The most dominant influence on the work motivation of PT. Sunwoo Garment Indonesia's employees is the discipline variable because it has the biggest tcount of 4.184.
