PENGARUH KECERDASAN EMOSIONAL, FAKTOR PSIKOLOGI, DAN PENERAPAN PENGUKUR KINERJA TERHADAP KINERJA KARYAWAN DI PT FIF KARANGANYAR

Abstract


In this study the authors have a goal to determine the effect of emotional intelligence, psychological factors, application of performance gauges  in the performance of employees in the FIF Karanganyar. Hypothesis in this research are : Suspected emotional intelligence, psychological factors, application of performance gauges  have effect on the performance of employees in FIF Karanganyar either partially or simultaneously. Data needed in this research is primary data obtained qouestionnaire method from sample as much as 80 respondents. Data analysis used in this research is multiple linear regression test, t test, f test an coefficient of determination test. The results of data analysis in this study can be concluded that the emotional intelligence, psychological factors, application of performance gauges  have effect on the performance of employees in the FIF Karanganyar either partially or simultancously.
