PENGARUH BUDAYA ORGANISASI, GAYA KEPEMIMPINAN, DAN LINGKUNGAN KERJATERHADAP KEPUASAN KERJA KARYAWAN PT.COLUMBUS SARANA MANDIRI SOLO

Abstract


This research aims to determine the effect of organizational culture, leadership style, and work environment toward employee work satisfaction of PT. Columbus Sarana Mandiri Solo, both partial and silmutanous. The population in this research were all employees of PT. Columbus Sarana Mandiri Solo, amounting to 112 employees. Samples taken as many as 34 respondents using random sampling techniques. Data collection techniques were used library studies and field studies in the form of interviews, observations, and questionnaires. Data were analyzed using multiple linear regression test, t test, F test, and the coefficient of determination test were processed with the help of SPSS software version 22. The results of this study indicate that organizational culture, leadership style, and work environment significantly influence employee work satisfaction of PT. Columbus Sarana Mandiri Solo was 66.6% while the remaining 43.4% was influenced by other factors.
