ANALISIS PENGARUH STRES KERJA DAN KONFLIK KERJA TERHADAP KINERJA KARYAWAN PT.ANDALAN MANDIRI BUSANA BAGIAN OPERATOR DI KABUPATEN KARANGANYAR

Abstract


Aim of this study to determine the effect of job stress and work conflict on employee performance. For it carried suervei and questionnaires in PT. Andalan Mandiri Busana to obtain data. Data that has been tested and declared valid and reliable descriptive and quantitative analysis and multiple linear regression analysis with the help of SPSS version 18. From the analysis of the effect of work stress with the performance of the employee, it is known that the result was a significant negative effect, which means that when the stress level is reduced then the performance will increase, while the results of analysis of the effect of work conflict with the employee’s performance was found to significantly and negatively,which means that the conflict level is reduced then the performance will increase.
