PENGARUH KEPEMIMPINAN, LINGKUNGAN KERJA DAN KEPUASAN KERJA TERHADAP DISIPLIN KERJA PEGAWAI PADA SEKRETARIAT DPRD KABUPATEN SRAGEN

Abstract


To examine the effect of jointly and partially between leadership, work environment and job satisfaction to work discipline of employee at secretariat of DPRD of Sragen regency This research uses population covering all Secretariat Staff of Regency of Sragen as much as 41 respondents, and all population is taken as sample by way of census. Analyzer tools used are multiple linear regression, correlation, t test, F test and determination.The conclusions that can be drawn from this research are: 1 leadership has a significant and positive effect on employee work discipline at the Secretariat of DPRD of Sragen Regency; 2) The work environment has a significant and positive effect on employee work discipline in Secretariat of DPRD of Sragen Regency; 3) Job satisfaction has a significant and positive effect on employee work discipline in Secretariat of DPRD of Sragen Regency; 4) Leadership, work environment and job satisfaction together have a significant and positive effect on employee work discipline in Secretariat of DPRD of Sragen regency.Recommended recommendations: 1) The destruction of a leader who is able to organize subordinates to obey organizational rules; 2) Every work should always be done properly in order to be achieved in accordance with the objectives in the hendaki; 3) We recommend that all employees can work together with colleagues (with other staff colleagues and superiors) well so that the results of the work produced are satisfactory and maximal; 4) Employees should not abandon office work during working hours in order to increase discipline.
