Abstract
This study aims to determine and analyze the influence of leadership style and work motivation to employee performance at PT. Pegadaian (Persero) Sragen Branch. This research is quantitative. The data used in this study is primary data. The sampling technique is by using total sampling. Research data collection was carried out through questionnaires with a total of 35 respondents. Instrument testing method in validity testing using Pearson's moment product and reliability testing using cronboach alpha. Data analysis techniques used to test hypotheses include multiple linear regression, t test, F test, R2 test. Based on the results of the analysis, it shows that leadership style has a positive and significant effect to employee performance. While work motivation does not significantly influence employee performance. The result of the t test shows the value of t count> t table with a significance value, (4.320> 2.036) so that H1 is rejected. Leadership style has a positive and significant effect to employee performance. The result of the t test shows the value of t count <t table with a significance value, (0.374 <2.036) so that H2 is received. Work motivation does not significantly influence employee performance. The results of the F test showed that the calculated F value> F table (9,442> 3,29), then Ho was rejected, meaning that the leadership style and work motivation simultaneously had a significant influence to employee performance.
