ANALISIS PENGARUH KEPEMIMPINAN, MOTIVASI DAN KOMPETENSI PEGAWAI TERHADAP PENGEMBANGAN KARIR PEGAWAI PADA KANTOR KPUD SRAGEN

Abstract


The purpose of the research were to analyze the influence between of: 1) leadership, 2) motive, 3) employee’s competency, 4) leadership, motive and employee’s competency together to employee’s career development at of KPUD’s office Sragen. The sample of the research as many as 33 employee who works on KPUD Sragen. Technique the sample used is census. The data used was primary data with spreading the questionnaire to respondents that has been tested validity and reliability. Data were analyzed by using multiple regression analysis, t test, f test and the coefficients determination with on the program SPSS 17. The result of the research showed that : 1) leadership give significant impact to employee’s career development. 2) motive did not give significant impact to employee’s career development. 3) employee’s competency give significant impact to employee’s career development. 4) leadership, motive and employee’s competency together give significant impact to employee’s career development at of KPUD’s office Sragen.
