ANALISIS PENGARUH PELATIHAN KERJA, MOTIVASI KERJA, DAN LINGKUNGAN KERJA TERHADAP KINERJA KARYAWAN PADA PT. SRI REJEKI ISMAN Tbk. SUKOHARJO

Abstract


This study aims to determine the effect of job training, work motivation, and work environment on employee performance at PT. Sri Rejeki Isman Tbk. Sukoharjo both partially and simultaneously. The hypothesis in this study are : Allegedly job training, work motivation, and work environment have a significant effect on employee performance at PT. Sri Rejeki Isman Tbk. Sukoharjo both partially and simultaneously. The population in this study were all employees of PT. Sri Rejeki Isman Tbk. Sukoharjo in the Weaving I Department, which numbered 572 people. Sampling in this study used the Slovin formula, so that the number of samples obtained was 235 respondents from 572 total employees in the Weaving I Department conducted by random sampling. Data collection methods used were questionnaire, interviews, and direct observations on location. The data analysis tool used in this study is the instrument test, multiple linear regression test, t test, F test, and test coefficient of determination. The results of the study show that : 1. Job training has a positive and significant effect on the performance of employees at PT. Sri Rejeki Isman Tbk. Sukoharjo, this is evident from the value of tcount > ttable that is (5,108 > 1,976) and the significance value (p-value) < 0,05 that is (0,000) < 0,05), means that Ho is rejected and Ha is accepted. 2. Work motivation has a positive and significant effect on the performance of employees at PT. Sri Rejeki Isman Tbk. Sukoharjo, this is evident from the value of tcount > ttable that is (10,142 > 1,976) and the significance value (p-value) < 0,05 that is (0,000 < 0,05), means that Ho is rejected and Ha is accepted. 3. The work environment has a positive and significant effect on the performance of employees at PT. Sri Rejeki Isman Tbk. Sukoharjo, this is evident from the tcount > ttable, that is (9,266 > 1,976) and the significance value (p-value) < 0,05 that is (0,000 < 0,05), means that Ho is rejected and Ha is accepted. 4. Job training, work motivation, and work environment simultaneously have a significant effect on employee performance at PT. Sri Rejeki Isman Tbk. Sukoharjo, this is evident from the value of Fcount > Ftable that is (354,459 > 2,60) and the significance value (p-value) < 0,05 that is (0,000 < 0,05), then Ho is rejected and Ha is accepted.
