PENGARUH PENGALAMAN KERJA, UPAH DAN JAMINAN SOSIAL TERHADAP PRODUKTIVITAS KERJA KARYAWAN STAF ADMINISTRASI PADA RUMAH SAKIT UNIVERSITAS SEBELAS MARET SURAKARTA

Abstract


This study aims to (1) analyze the effect of work experience on employee work productivity (2) analyze the effect of wage on employee work productivity (3) analyze the effect of social security on employee work productivity (4) analyze the effect of work experience, wage, and  social security simultaneously on employee work productivity. This study take object in the Universitas Sebelas Maret (UNS) Hospital in Surakarta, using sample of 100 employee’s of administration staff. Data collection using questionnaire techniques. Data analysis technique using linear regression analysis. Conclusions from the results of testing each hypothesis indicate that (1) Work experience has a significant effect on employee work productivity (2) Wage has a significant effect on employee work productivity (3) Social security has a significant effect on employee work productivity (4) Work experience, wage, and social security have a significant effect simultaneously on employee work productivity.
