ANALISIS PENGARUH MOTIVASI DAN BUDAYA ORGANISASI TERHADAP KINERJA GURU DI SMK PGRI SUKOHARJO

Abstract


This study iam to in order to understand the influence of between: motivation and organizational cultureon teacher performance in SMK PGRI Sukoharjo. The population of the research is all teacher in SMK PGRI Sukoharjo totaling 53 teacher. The sample 100% taken from in population to achieve 53 responden sample. The samples taken in this sensus. Data needed in this research is primary data obtained by questionnaire method from sample counted 53responden. Data a1nalysis used in this research is multiple linear regression test, t test, F test and coefficient of determination test. The results of the analysis data: 1) motivation significantly of the performance teacher. 2) organizational culture significant of  the performance teacher. Based on the coefficient determination, motivation and organizational culture of the performance teacher in SMK PGRI Sukoharjo is of 75,4%. The higher the level of motivation and organizational culture, it will increase the performance teacher in SMK PGRI Sukoharjo.
