PENGARUH SERVANT LEADERSHIP, IKLIM ORGANISASI DAN DISIPLIN KERJA TERHADAP KINERJA PEGAWAI PADA KANTOR KEPALA DESA SEDAYU, KECAMATAN JUMANTONO, KABUPATEN KARANGANYAR

Abstract


The organization makes efforts to meet the quality of employee resources related to current conditions where the needs of the community are experiencing many changes in the development process. This study aims to determine the effect of servant leadership, organizational climate and work discipline on employee performance, both partially and simultaneously. This research is a qualitative case study. Primary data obtained by Focus Group Discussion and questionnaire methods. Secondary data in the from of documentation. The respondents of this study were thirteen employees in the Office Sedayu Village Head, Jumantono District, Karanganyar Regency. Test data using validity, reliability and multiple linear regression tests. The results of the study are: servant leadership has no significant effect on employee performance at the Office Sedayu Village Head, Jumantono District, Karanganyar Regency, 2). Organizational climate has no significant effect on employee performance at the Office Sedayu Village Head, Jumantono District, Karanganyar Regency, 3). Work discipline has a significant effect on employee performance at Office Sedayu Village Head, Jumantono District, Karanganyar Regency, 4). In simultant both servant leadership, organizational climate, work discipline significantly influence employee performance. All results support previous research.
