PENGARUH KOMUNIKASI, MOTIVASI DAN LINGKUNGAN KERJA TERHADAP KINERJA KARYAWAN DI KANTOR DINAS PEMADAM KEBAKARAN JEBRES SURAKARTA

Abstract


The hypothesis in this study is that communication, motivation and work environment significantly influence employee performance in offices Dinas Pemadam Kebakaran Jebres Surakarta. The data used in this study are primary data in the form of respondents' assessment about communication, motivation, work environment and employee performance. Data collection methods used in this study are questionnaires and literature studies on books relating to the issues discussed. The data analysis technique in this study used the Multiple Linear Regression Test, t Test, F Test, and Coefficient of Determination Test. The population in this study were 99 people. From this population 50 people can be sampled from the total population. The sampling method used is non-probability sampling that is sampling where not all members of the population can be research samples. The results of data analysis in this study about the effect of communication, motivation and work environment on the performance of employees in offices Dinas Pemadam Kebakaran Jebres Surakarta can be concluded that from the results of this study it can be seen that the hypotheses in the study proved all true (significant).
