ANALISIS PENGARUH PRODUK JASA, TARIF JASA DAN KUALITAS PELAYANAN TERHADAP TINGKAT KEPUASAN NASABAH KSP KOPWAN AISYIYAH SYARI’AH KARANGANYAR

Abstract


High competition in industry financial institutions are increasing. The aims of study to analyze the effect of services product, services price and services quality on the level of customer satisfication KSP Kopwan Aisyiyah Syari’ah Karanganyar. The problem of the research is how the effect of services product, services price and services quality on the level of customer satisfication at KSP Kopwan Aisyiyah Syari’ah Karanganyar. This study is quantitative numerous regression research. The population were 50 customer at KSP Kopwan Aisyiyah Syari’ah Karanganyar. Data collection techniques are observation, interview and questionnaire. The study consist of four variables, they are: X1 is services product, X2 is services price, X3 is services quality and Y is costumer satisfication. The result of the research shows that the services product, services price and services quality has significant effect and positive direction on the customer satisfication. The variation independent variable consist of services product, services price and services quality has effect on the costumer satisfication as big as 57.5 % while 42.5 % from another factors.
