PENGARUH REKRUTMEN DAN PENGEMBANGAN KARIER TERHADAP KINERJA KARYAWAN PADA PT. CARDIG AIR JAKARTA

Abstract


This study aims to determine the effect of recruitment, career development on employee performance at PT. CARDIG AIR Jakarta. This research is a quantitative case study. Data obtained from direct research by distributing questionnaires. The research population was 45 respondents. This sampling technique used the census technique, the number of samples used in this study was 45 employees. The data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression test, t test, F test, and coefficient of determination test. The results showed that partially career development variables had a significant effect on employee performance. While the recruitment variable is less significant. The two variables simultaneously have a significant effect on employee performance, at PT. CARDIG AIR by 96.7%.
