PENGARUH MOTIVASI KERJA DISIPLIN KERJA SERTA PEMBERIN REWARD TERHADAP KINERJA KARYAWAN DI OPTIK PRANOTO SELURUH CABANG SURAKARTA
Abstract
This study aims to determine the effect of motivation, work discipline, and rewarding on employee performance. Both partially and simultaneously. This study is also to determine the most dominant influence that affects employee performance. The population in this study were employees of Optik Pranoto Surakarta Branch. The number of samples taken as many as 33 respondents using a questionnaire and multiple regression analysis tools with the SPSS 21.0 program. The results of the analysis of this study indicate that motivation, work discipline, and the provision of rewards have a significant positive effect on employee performance partially and simultaneously.
