PENGARUH KOMPENSASI, KEPUASAN KERJA DAN STRES KERJA TERHADAP KINERJA KARYAWAN DI PT. BALI MODA BUSANA KARANGANYAR

Abstract


This study aims to determine the effect of compensation, job satisfaction and job stress on the
performance of employees of PT. Bali Moda Busana Karanganyar either partially or simultaneously. The
hypothesis in this study is that compensation, job satisfaction and job stress affect the performance of PT.
Bali Moda Busana Karanganyar either partially or simultaneously. This research is a survey research
with quantitative research type. The data used in this study used primary data from respondents' answers
to questionnaires. The research population was 334 people with a sample taken proportionally by
sampling as many as 84 respondents. The analysis technique used is multiple linear regression test, t test,
F test, and coefficient of determination test. The results of the study draw the conclusion that
compensation and job satisfaction have a positive and significant effect on employee performance, while
work stress has a negative and significant effect on employee performance at PT. Bali Moda Busana
Karanganyar. And compensation, job satisfaction and job stress simultaneously have a significant effect
on the performance of employees of PT. Bali Moda Busana Karanganyar.
