Abstract


This study aims to determine and test the increase in work environment variables, work discipline and work motivation on the performance of employees of PT. BPR BKK Karanganyar (Persero). The population used in this study were employees of PT. BPR BKK Karanganyar (Persero) with a total sample of 50 respondents.The results of the research in the multiple linear analysis section show that the variables of the work environment, work discipline and work motivation have a positive effect on the performance of employees of PT. BPR BKK Karanganyar (Persero). The results of the t-test show that the work environment variable has no significant effect, while work discipline and work motivation have a significant effect on the performance of employees of PT. BPR BKK Karanganyar. On the results of the F- test the variable work environment, work discipline and work motivation simultaneously have a significant effect on employee performance at PT. BPR BKK Karanganyar (Persero). The adjusted R Square coefficient of determination is 0.872 with a percentage of 87.2% determined by the variables used, while the remaining 12.8% is influenced by other variables. For example, leadership style, job satisfaction, job training, work goals, etc.
