PENGARUH KOMUNIKASI, MOTIVASI KERJA, DAN LINGKUNGAN KERJA TERHADAP KINERJA KARYAWAN CV. RESTU IBU GARMENT DI SUKOHARJO

Abstract


This study aims to determine the effect of communication, work motivation, and work environment on employee performance of Restu Ibu Garment Limited Partnership in Sukoharjo, both partially and simultaneously. This research will use quantitative as the model. The subject of this study were the employees of Restu Ibu Garment Limited Partnership, totaling 300 respondents. The sampling technique used is a simple random sampling with approximately 75 respondents. The analysis technique in this research is multiple linear regression. The results of the research based on the F table can be seen that the probability value in the sig column is 0.000; which this value is smaller than 0.05, indicating that communication has a significant effect on the employees performance, work motivation and environment are also have a significant effect on the employees performance. Briefly, communication, work motivation and environment have a significant effect towards the employees performance of Restu Ibu Garment Limited Partnership
