PENGARUH MUTASI DAN KOMPENSASI TERHADAP KINERJA PEGAWAI PT KERETA API INDONESIA (PERSERO) UNIT OPERASIONAL DI DAOP 6 YOGYAKARTA

Abstract


Human resources, hereinafter referred to as employees in the company are the most important resources owned by an organization. Human resources are seen as the main driving factor in determining the success of an organization. The success of an organization is very dependent on the activities and work of employees in carrying out the tasks assigned to them. To create high performance, there needs to be mutations in work and compensation according to the work and responsibilities carried out so that employees want to work to achieve organizational goals effectively and efficiently. This research was conducted at PT Kereta Api Indonesia (Persero), Operations Area 6 Yogyakarta, operational unit area 6B. The data used in this study are primary and secondary data. Primary data were obtained from observations, interviews and questionnaires. Secondary data obtained from the document PT Kereta Api Indonesia (Persero), Operations Area 6 Yogyakarta. The analysis uses correlation and multiple linear regression with the help of SPSS vertion 23 program, Microsoft Excel for Windows 2013 and Microsoft Word for Windows 2013. Based on the results of data analysis, the indicators in this study are valid and the variable is reliable. The result of this study indicate that partially mutations or compensation have an effect on employee performance. So too simultaneously mutations and compensation have an effect on employee performance. Thus it can be concluded that mutations and compensation have an effect on employee performance partially or simultaneously.
