ANALISIS PENGARUH KEPEMIMPINAN, LINGKUNGAN KERJA DAN KOMPENSASI TERHADAP KEPUASAN KERJA KARYAWAN PT. INDO GULA PASTIKA BANARAN, SAMBUNGMACAN, SRAGEN

Abstract


The population used in this study is permanent employees of PT. Indo Gula Pastika. By using census techniques, there are 42 permanent employees of PT. Indo Gula Pastika was taken as a sample. The data collection technique used in this study was using a questionnaire. From the results of this study indicate that: (1) Leadership significantly influences employee job satisfaction, (2) The work environment has a significant effect on employee job satisfaction, (3) Compensation has a significant effect on employee job satisfaction, (4) Leadership, Environment Work and Compensation together have a significant effect on employee job satisfaction. Based on data analysis, it is known that multiple linear regression equations are: Y = -11,630 + 0,519 + 0,337 + 0,629. It can be concluded that the work environment variable (X2) has a weaker influence on the job satisfaction of PT. Indo Gula Pastika compared to other variabel. Based on the results of the F test, it can be seen that the value of F count > F table 55.901 > 2.85 which means that Ho is rejected and Ha is accepted, so that leadership, work environment and compensation jointly have a significant effect on job satisfaction of PT. Indo Gula Pastika. Based on the results of the Determination Coefficient test (R2), it can be seen that the proportion of the influence of the independent variables consisting of leadership, work environment and compensation to the job satisfaction of PT. Indo Gula Pastika amounted to 90.3% while the rest of it 9.7% was influenced by other factors.
