PENGARUH KOMUNIKASI, LINGKUNGAN KERJA DAN KEPEMIMPINAN TERHADAP KINERJA KARYAWAN (STUDI KASUS PADA PT. RAJA WALET INDONESIA)

Abstract


In this study, the authors have the aim to determine the effect of communication, work environment and leadership on the performance of employees of PT. Raja Walet Indonesia either partially or simultaneously. The hypothesis in this study is: "It is suspected that communication, work environment and leadership affect the performance of employees of PT. Raja Walet Indonesia either partially or simultaneouslyā€¯. The data needed in this study are primary data obtained from questionnaires distributed to respondents. The population in this study were employees at PT. Raja Walet Indonesia. The sample in this study was 30 respondents. The analysis technique used in this research is multiple linear regression, t test, F test and determination coefficient test. The results of data analysis in this study can be concluded that communication, work environment and leadership have a positive effect the performance of employees of PT. Raja Walet Indonesia either partially or simultaneously.
