ANALISIS TERHADAP FAKTOR YANG MEMPENGARUHI KINERJA KARYAWAN PT. GEMA NAWAGRAHA SEJATI JAKARTA

Abstract


This research aims to analyze three factors that affect the performance of employees of PT. Gema Nawagraha Sejati Jakarta, these factors are the work environment, motivation and compensation. The research method used in this research is quantitative descriptive analysis with a survey by distributing questionnaires to 73 respondents of PT. Gema Nawagraha Sejati. The analytical tools used in this research are correlation coefficient, multiple linear analysis, coefficient of determination and hypothesis testing. The results of the study show that (1) the work environment has a positive and significant effect on employee performance; Motivation has a positive and significant effect on employee performance; Compensation has a positive and significant effect on employee performance; The work environment, motivation and compensation stimulants have a positive and significant effect on performance
