Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of on employee performance, The research method used is quantitative. The population in this study are employees of PT. Eco Smart Garment Indonesia in Sambi, Boyolali. The sample is 98 respondents. Data analysis used multiple linear regression analysis, and processed with IBM SPSS 26 for Windwos 10. Based on the results of the partial t test on the workload, it can be seen that the calculated t value was 2,060 with a significance level of 0.042. Because t-count > t-table (2.060>1.985) with a significance level of <0.05 (0.042<0.05), the decision taken by H0 is rejected and H1 is accepted. For the partial t-test of the work environment, it can be seen that the t-count value is 5.889 with a significance level of 0.000. Because tcount > ttable (5.889>1.985) with a significance level of <0.05 (0.000<0.05), the decision taken by H0 was rejected and H2 was accepted. Based on the results of the simultaneous F test, it can be seen that the Fcount >Ftable (329.205>4.21) and the significance level <0.05 (0.000<0.05), then the decision taken is H0 is rejected and H3 is accepted. This results in a regression equation Y = 4.199 + 0.259X1 + 0.610X2 + e.
