Abstract
Human resource quality is very important for companies in order to be productive. Women also participate and compete in the workplace even though women have responsibility towards their own households and children. Lack of fulfillment of imbalance and conflict between both areas of responsibility. A high degree of emotional intelligence is expected of women participating in the workforce. However, it must be widely recognized that the conflicting demands of both responsibilities can have a negative impact on one’s commitment to productivity in one’s commitment to productivity in one’s profession. The purpose of this research is to know effect of dual role conflict, emotional intelligence and organizational commitment to female employee performance in PT. Kusumahadi Santosa Jaten Karanganyar either partially or simultaneously. This research is a quantitative case study. The data used was primary and secondary data, method was used interview technique, quetionnaire technique and literature study from the sample of 47 respondents. Data analysis used in this research is multiple linear regression test, t test, F test, and coefficient of determination test. The research results were: 1) Dual role conflict has a positive but not significant effect on the performance of female employees at PT Kusumahadi Santosa Jaten Karanganyar, 2) emotional intelligence has a positive but not significant effect on the performance of female employees at PT Kusumahadi Santosa Jaten Karanganyar, 3) organizational commitment significantly influence the performance of female employees at PT. Kusumahadi Santosa Jaten Karanganyar, 4) dual role conflict, emotional intelligence, and organizational commitment simultaneously have a significant influence on the performance of employees at PT. Kusumahadi Santosa Jaten Karanganyar.
