Abstract


The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of leadership and organizational culture variables on employee performance. This research was conducted in Tanggulangin Village, Jatisrono District, Wonogiri Regency. The population in this study were all employees of Tanggulangin village, Jatisrono district, Wonogiri district, totaling 12 respondents. The data taken in the form of a questionnaire for the variable Leadership (X1) and Organizational Culture (X2) and the variable Employee Performance (Y). The data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression. Based on the results of the study, it can be concluded that: Leadership partially has a significant effect on employee performance, partially organizational culture has a significant effect on employee performance, leadership and organizational culture simultaneously or jointly has a significant effect on employee performance.
