PENGARUH PELATIHAN, MOTIVASI, DAN DISIPLIN KERJA TERHADAP KINERJA PEGAWAI PADA KANTOR SATUAN POLISI PAMONG PRAJA DI KABUPATEN KARANGANYAR

Abstract


This study aims to determine the effect of training, motivation and work discipline on employee performance at the Civil Service Police Unit in Karanganyar Regency both partially and simultaneously. This research is a quantitative case study. Primary data of this study were obtained from questionnaires with a number of respondents 50 people, while secondary data were obtained by the documentation method. The data in this study were tested by t-test, f-test, coefficient of determination test, and multiple linear regression tests.

The results of the study are: 1) Training has no significant effect on employee performance at the Civil Service Police Unit Office in Karanganyar Regency, 2) Motivation has a significant effect on employee performance at the Civil Service Police Unit Office in Karanganyar Regency, 3) Work discipline has a significant effect on employee performance at the Civil Service Police Unit Office in Karanganyar Regency, 4) Training, Motivation, and Work Discipline simultaneously have a significant effect on employee performance at the Civil Service Police Unit Office in Karanganyar Regency. This is supported by previous research. Where the training variable has no effect on employee performance, for this reason there needs to be an improvement in terms of job training in order to improve the performance of employees of the Civil Service Police Unit in Karanganyar Regency.
